Advised IHH Healthcare Bhd. on its acquisition of a controlling equity interest in Acibadem Saglik Yatirimlari Holding A.S., a major cross-border healthcare transaction, as well as Reliance Industries Ltd. on its acquisition of BP Chemicals Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Advised on the initial public offering of Maxis and the demerger of MPHB Capital Bhd. from Multi-Purpose Holdings Bhd., followed by its initial public offering.

Advised on notable disposal transactions involving regulated and strategic assets, including the disposal of Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn. Bhd. to a charitable foundation and the disposal of the power assets of Tanjong plc to 1Malaysia Development Bhd.
