Allahyarham Tuan Haji Abdul Kadir Kassim was the visionary founder of the practice that began as Kadir Kassim & Co. in 1976 and later evolved into Kadir Andri & Partners. Through his integrity, wisdom and unwavering commitment to justice, he established a professional culture grounded in sound judgement, diligence and service to clients.
He was an exceptional lawyer, mentor and leader. His influence extended beyond the matters he handled and the institution he built: it could be seen in the generations of practitioners whom he guided, the standards he expected and the values he consistently upheld.
