We have been engaged in many notable and award-winning transactions, including public and private securities offerings, initial public offerings, and Rule 144A and Regulation S international offerings. We were involved in the first listing of a foreign company on the Malaysian stock exchange (Astro), the listing of Malaysia’s stock exchange post demutualisation, and the first concurrent Malaysia-Singapore dual listing (IHH Healthcare).
