Kadir Andri & Partners has a strict anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy which applies to all of our partners, lawyers and full time employees.  We are committed to conducting our business in an honest and ethical manner and we take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery or corruption in any form.  The Firm will uphold all laws relevant to countering bribery and corruption including the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Act 2009 and any subsequent amendments and any future legislation and associated codes of practice.
