Our media practice comprises a team that understands the challenges facing the media, broadcasting and entertainment industries and the impact of new media technologies. We have advised on acquisitions of radio and television stations both nationally and internationally, assisted in channel supply agreements, satellite transponder lease agreements and publication clearances.

In the telecommunications sector, our work encompasses both fixed and mobile telephony where we have advised on key procurement and maintenance contracts for the primary network of telecommunications operators, interconnection agreements, strategic alliances between operators, sale and purchase of network assets (including disposal of spectrum) and license transfers arrangements.
